• Your puppy must be 8 – 12 weeks old (when classes start). See “Age Range” in the FAQ.

  • Your puppy must have had at least 1 vaccination.

  • A maximum of 2 people are to accompany puppy (if a child, must be aged 12 or more and must remain with the parent whilst in class).

  • Payment in full is required to confirm the booking. Payments can be made via bank transfer or in person at Jolly Dogs.

  • If payment is not received prior to starting the training service, Jolly Dogs has the right to cancel the service.

  • The course contents remain the intellectual property of Rachel Butler and Take the Lead Dog Training.

  • Not all dogs are suitable for group glasses and or group play. If we deem necessary, we may refuse your dog further group training. We may offer a pro rata refund at our sole discretion.

  • Please always keep your dog on lead (no retractable leads), unless instructed otherwise by the trainer.

  • Please ensure your dog has been toilet prior to class.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Due to the nature of group classes and limited spaces, no refunds are given for missed sessions.

    • All start dates and session times are clearly listed prior to enrolment, and your booking secures your spot for the full class block.

    • If you need to cancel prior to the start of the 4-week course, any refund will be on a case-by-case basis as minimum attendees are required for the course to run.

    • If, for whatever reason, the course needs to be cancelled by Jolly Dogs, the course fee will be refunded on a pro rata basis.

  • Photo & Video Use Policy:

    • As part of your training experience, we may take photos or video footage during your sessions for educational and marketing purposes. This includes showcasing real-life progress, before-and-after comparisons, or training exercises in action.

  • How Media May Be Used:

    • Social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc).

    • Educational blog content or training tips.

    • Marketing materials and website examples.

  • Your Privacy Matters:

    • Dogs are typically the focus; personal identifying features (e.g. faces, license plates, house numbers) will be avoided as much as possible and where appropriate.

    • You are always welcome to opt out. If you prefer not to have you or your dog featured in any content, just let Jolly Dogs know at the start of your training.

Attendance at a training class or session is not without risk to you, any family or guests who may be accompanying you, or your dog. Jolly Dogs Daycare & Grooming, Take the Lead Dog Training and their employees or assistants accept no liability for any events arising from your attendance, including but not limited to injury or sickness of any persons or dog.
